Aerohost Web Systems however is not responsible for the design, changes or modification of a web design, unless a distinct and separate contract exists for said purpose. Changes to content, look, feel, and other design criteria must be discussed and implemented by the web designer and developer. Aerohost Web Systems is only responsible for placing the client approved material on the World-Wide-Web.
  5. Aerohost Web Systems reserves the right to reject any material that may be deemed illegal or possibly illegal, including unsolicited mail messages (otherwise known as 'SPAM'). Aerohost also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
